If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the damaged items and provide you with a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Return postage will be covered by Diamond Circuits in such cases.
2. Unopened Goods Returns:
You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to return unopened goods. If you decide to return items due to a change of mind or an ordering mistake, you will be responsible for the return postage.
